According to local sources, Taliban forces recently killed two young men in the village of “Koche Payan” in Jabal Saraj district, Parwan province. The incident took place along the Panjshir River last night.
Sources confirmed on Tuesday, December 9, that the victims, Wahid and Shakur, were original residents of the villages “Dubandi” and “Sangi Mohammadkhil” in the Gulbahar area.
This incident raises concerns about security and human rights conditions in Parwan province.
