Actress Rakul Preet Singh has hit back at a self-proclaimed plastic surgeon who alleged that her facial transformation was due to cosmetic procedures.
The doctor had posted a video analyzing her “then and now” photos, claiming she used Botox and fillers.
Rakul took to Instagram to issue a “Fraud Alert,” calling the claims baseless and misleading. She attributed her change in appearance to rigorous fitness and weight loss, emphasizing that hard work, not surgery, was the cause.
“It’s scary that people like him are claiming to be doctors,” she wrote.
While clarifying that she judges no one for choosing surgery, Rakul insisted that spreading false information under the guise of medical expertise is unacceptable. She warned her followers to be wary of such unsolicited and inaccurate analyses on social media.
