In a video address, Zelensky emphasized the critical need for more missiles to protect civilians from Russian attacks. He expressed frustration that promises regarding the licensing were not kept by the United States, urging for faster action to bolster air defense capabilities .
These remarks come as diplomatic talks take place in Geneva. Kyiv is pushing to ramp up European production of essential defense systems to sustain its resistance against the ongoing invasion and ensure the safety of its population .
