Pakistan's Information Minister, Attaullah Tarar, announced that at least 583 Taliban members have been killed and 795 injured since the severe border clashes began.
According to Tarar, Pakistani forces have destroyed numerous outposts, tanks, and vehicles belonging to the Taliban, while simultaneously conducting 64 airstrikes across Afghanistan.
The Taliban have not yet officially commented on these heavy casualty figures provided by the Pakistani government.
