The Polish government has deported three Afghan citizens back to Kabul despite a halt order issued by the European Court of Human Rights. These individuals were first transferred to Uzbekistan and then flown to Afghanistan.

Defense lawyers for the asylum seekers stated they had informed the Polish border guard about the court's decision, but the deportation process was not stopped. Border authorities claimed these individuals were listed as undesirable persons.

Recently, European countries have intensified the forced deportation of Afghan migrants. Reports indicate that the European Union is currently planning to hold a meeting with Taliban government officials to facilitate and coordinate this ongoing return process.
