CENTCOM firmly rejected reports suggesting that several ships had successfully escaped this strict naval blockade. According to the organization's newsletter, cargo ships flying the Iranian flag have anchored in Chabahar port following their interception.
The US military emphasized that its forces are actively executing blockade operations across the entire Middle East region. Iranian authorities have not yet reacted to their ships being turned away, though they had issued previous warnings.
