He instructed that citizens who have issues with government departments should submit their complaints directly to the relevant authorities rather than airing them publicly.
The meeting also reiterated that all laws from the previous republic era are strictly annulled. Government offices must operate exclusively under new Taliban government regulations. Furthermore, traveling abroad under the pretext of jihad without the supreme leader's permission was declared illegal.
