Organizers of the sixth World Nomad Games have announced that representatives from 50 countries, including Afghanistan, have confirmed their participation. The highly anticipated traditional sports competition is scheduled to be held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
The registration process for participants will remain open until July, with an estimated 95 countries expected to join the event. Bishkek has also been officially designated as the permanent headquarters for the World Nomad Games organizing committee.
The games will run from late August to early September. Approximately 3,000 athletes are preparing to compete across 43 different traditional sporting disciplines. Afghan athletes have proudly participated in this international tournament since its inception in 2014.
