The alliance emphasized that no individual, regardless of their affiliations, should face torture, humiliation, or forced confessions while in captivity. They strongly condemned the circulation of video confessions, arguing they lack validity without verified independent conditions.
The conflict erupted when the newly formed Sepahian Mehan front attacked the district center. The Taliban government confirmed the attack, stating they successfully repelled the offensive and captured several involved individuals.
