Pakistani security forces killed 15 members of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan while they were trying to enter from Afghanistan in North Waziristan.
The operation took place in the Ghulam Khan area and authorities said clearance operations are still ongoing.
Islamabad has repeatedly accused TTP of launching attacks from Afghan soil but the Taliban have rejected these claims.
