The Afghanistan Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rainfall and flooding in 20 provinces. Precipitation is expected to be between 15 and 40 millimeters, with wind speeds reaching 50 to 90 kilometers per hour. The Traffic Department has also reported over 117 traffic incidents during Eid holidays, resulting in 43 deaths and 158 injuries.
