Despite the strict bans imposed by the Taliban government, thousands of courageous girls continue to learn through an intricate network of secret underground classrooms.
According to the report, roughly two million girls are deprived of formal schooling, yet many willingly face the threat of arrest and violence. Non governmental organizations employ complex security measures, including staggered arrival times and diverse travel routes, to safely provide education to hundreds of vulnerable women and girls.
The advocacy group is strongly urging the international community to establish safe and effective mechanisms to support female education in the country. For these isolated students, attending secret classes remains the only glimmer of hope for achieving their dreams of becoming doctors and future societal leaders.
