Islamabad accused New Delhi of violating international laws after India seized a ship belonging to Pakistan that was traveling from China to the port of Karachi.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan considered the ship seized by India to be commercial, which was transporting industrial equipment related to automobile manufacturing for a Pakistani company based in Karachi.

New Delhi has said that this ship was carrying military equipment.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan condemned this action of India and demanded the release of this ship.

According to Indian officials, the ship’s cargo goes beyond commercial or industrial items and it is feared that the ship is carrying military components related to Pakistan’s missile programs.
