Renowned Indian filmmaker Priyadarshan revealed in an interview that his greatest achievement during four decades of filmmaking was completing films with Salman Khan and Govinda on schedule.
When he received the Padma Shri award, a journalist asked if this was his greatest achievement, but Priyadarshan replied that working with Govinda and Salman Khan on time and finishing films in one or two schedules was his biggest accomplishment.
The director, who has made 98 films, explained that others had warned him these actors don’t arrive on time, but both were very sweet and came to set at 7 AM . 
He recalled Salman Khan telling him that if he made another film with him, he wouldn’t come to set at 5 AM.
Priyadarshan, who has collaborated most with Akshay Kumar in Bollywood and Mohanlal in Malayalam cinema, is now set to reunite with Akshay Kumar after 16 years for the horror comedy “Bhooth Bangla”. 
The filmmaker is preparing for retirement after completing upcoming projects including “Hera Pheri 3.”
