According to sources from Baghlan, the Taliban group has converted a 50-bed hospital in Bidkalu Qasan village in Deh Salah Andarab district of this province into a military headquarters.
Sources confirmed to media on Friday, November 13, that this hospital’s construction was about 90 percent complete during the republican era.
According to sources, four years after the Taliban group’s takeover, this health center is still under the control of this group’s members instead of providing medical services.
Due to the closure of this hospital, local people are forced to transport their patients from the village to Deh Salah district center, about an hour’s journey.
Local residents have stated that this center could have met a large portion of the medical needs of thousands of residents of surrounding villages, but now remains unused as a Taliban military base.
