Armed individuals today targeted Maulvi Mosnai Baloch, the Taliban’s statistics chief in Farah province.
He was wounded in the attack but managed to escape and survived safely.
Following the incident, Maulvi Baloch was immediately transferred to a hospital for medical treatment.
The armed attackers also fled the scene after carrying out the assault and have not yet been apprehended.
This incident occurs while Farah province has witnessed various conflicts in recent months.
