Dear Afghans,
I sincerely extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you on the arrival of the New Year and the celebration of Nowruz. Nowruz is a symbol of renewal, hope, and new beginnings. This ancient celebration reminds us that after every harsh winter, spring will arrive and life will bloom once again.
Alongside this joy, our hearts are also filled with deep sorrow. The recent attacks in our beloved Afghanistan by Pakistan have once again left families in mourning and taken innocent lives from among us. I offer my deepest condolences to the families of the victims of these painful events and wish them patience and peace.
In these new days, we sincerely hope that peace and stability will return to Afghanistan, that violence will come to an end, and that our people will be able to live in safety and dignity. We also hope that war and tensions in the region, especially among Iran, the United States, and Israel, will come to an end and that dialogue and mutual understanding will replace conflict.
One of our greatest hopes is the reopening of schools and universities for Afghan girls, so that they may build a brighter future for themselves and their country through knowledge and education. No society can achieve true progress without the education of women.
Let us, in this Nowruz, pray with hopeful hearts for a better future. A future in which peace, justice, education, and humanity replace war and suffering.
Happy Nowruz,
and may your future be bright.
