Speaking to reporters, Trump harshly criticized the current Iranian leadership, describing them as untrustworthy and lacking credibility. He noted that while past experiences prove agreements with Iran are possible, those agreements have historically failed to remain sustainable.
Conversely, Iranian officials have dismissed US demands as entirely illogical. Iran Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmaeil Baghaei, argued that Tehran responses to Washington were non-extremist and reasonable, warning that Iran is fully prepared to confront any military aggression.
