A special court established by the Afghan government has declared 25 jeribs of land belonging to the "Customize and Rustam Haidari" township in Kabul as state property. The disputed lands are located in the fourth and seventeenth districts of the capital city.
According to the Ministry of Justice, these properties were previously acquired and officially registered under the government's name at the Kabul Municipality. This legal move is part of an ongoing initiative to recover state-owned lands that were illegally occupied in the past.
The owners and administrative officials of the affected township have not yet publicly commented on the court's recent decision. Authorities are continuing their investigations into various residential projects and lands across Kabul.
