The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said access restrictions in July led to the temporary suspension of 18 aid programs in Afghanistan.
OCHA reported that Taliban interference in humanitarian activities and restrictions on female aid workers remain the main obstacles to delivering assistance.
Most incidents were recorded in the south and west of the country with Herat registering the highest number of cases.
