The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that in July, Taliban interference was the most common restriction on aid distribution.
OCHA said the Taliban interfered in signing agreements, selecting aid recipients and program implementation, and in some cases requested staff lists.
These restrictions led to the temporary suspension of 18 programs and the closure of two facilities.
