Local sources in Panjshir claim that a school in this province has been set on fire.
Sources alleged on Friday, November 7, that Parngal School located in Abshar district was burned down.
According to sources’ claims, this school was set on fire by the Taliban group.
Sources specify that all equipment of this school has been destroyed.
Based on sources’ information, the school’s administration office along with all its official documents has been destroyed.
It is currently unclear who set this school on fire.
This comes while the Taliban group had also burned a school and a library in Panjshir last year.
Over the past two years, this is the third school that has been set on fire in Panjshir province.
Previously, the Taliban had burned “Kojan High School” in Paryan district and “Dasht Rivat” girls’ school in Hissa-e-Awwal district of Panjshir.
