The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment said Afghan and Dagestan Russian businessmen signed four agreements worth 14.5 million dollars.
Representatives from 45 Afghan companies and 15 Dagestan companies attended the meeting focused on boosting bilateral trade and joint projects.
The agreements cover trade investment transportation and economic cooperation between the two sides.
