Khalid Hanafi, Taliban’s Minister for Promotion of Virtue, emphasized that the group’s policies will not change despite international pressure.

He stated that even if the world turns upside down, there should be no change in their thoughts and beliefs.

Hanafi criticized the incomplete implementation of virtue promotion laws in government institutions and urged Taliban forces not to abandon their beliefs even if killed or burned.

He called those who want to act according to international community demands as cowards.

These statements come as Western countries and international organizations have asked the Taliban to reconsider restrictions on women’s work and education.

However, the Taliban has rejected these requests for religious reasons, considering Sharia implementation and hijab as their red line.
