Amrullah Saleh, former First Vice President, responded to Pakistan’s recent attacks on parts of the country, stating that neither the Taliban structure is legitimate and national, nor does Pakistan have a trustworthy track record.
He emphasized that patriotism should not be equated with supporting either of these entities.
Saleh said Pakistan had hundreds of ways and options to improve Afghanistan’s situation but chose none, instead resorting to bombing Kabul. He added that Kabul fell to the Taliban as a result of the Doha conspiracy in which Pakistan played a key role.
In Wednesday’s October 16th attacks on Kabul, 5 people were killed and 35 wounded, including women and children.
The Emergency Hospital reported that 10 of the injured are in critical condition.
