Local sources in Kunar province confirmed that two Taliban group members died in a traffic accident in the Baluro area of Manogai district.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, November 11th.
According to reports, the accident happened when a Taliban ranger vehicle overturned.
In addition to the two fatalities, two other Taliban members were injured and transferred to the hospital for treatment.
Taliban group officials have not yet commented on this incident.
Reports indicate that Taliban members often drive recklessly, which sometimes results in the deaths of ordinary citizens as well, particularly children.
