Putin and Modi welcomed actions against ISIS-Khorasan and highlighted the importance of continued humanitarian aid for Afghans. This comes as India reported that the planner of the Delhi bombing is currently in Afghanistan.
In the past week, five Chinese citizens were killed and five others injured in attacks from Afghan soil near the Tajikistan border.
Regional countries have repeatedly voiced concern about terrorist groups operating in Afghanistan under the Taliban group’s rule.
