Rani Mukerji is set to return to the big screen this year with the highly anticipated Mardaani 3, following her success in Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway.
The trailer dropped this Monday, triggering a debate online where some fans felt “goosebumps” while others criticized it as a “cheap copy” of Delhi Crime Season 3 .
Originally slated for a February release, the film has been preponed and will now hit theaters on January 30, 2026.
Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, the movie features the return of the iconic cop Shivani Shivaji Roy, who will face off against a menacing female villain this time around .
