Renowned Afghan artist Farhad Darya has published a moving message expressing solidarity with the people of Iran.
Praising their resilience against what he termed “dark powers,” Darya wrote that in the “fields of death and life,” the voices of those standing for freedom cannot be silenced.
He acknowledged the heavy toll of resistance, mentioning the grief of parents who have lost children, but insisted that stronger wills rise to fill the void.
Quoting Iranian singer Hassan Shamaizadeh, he warned that tyranny eventually reaches everyone’s doorstep.
The message resonated widely on social media, seen by many as a powerful symbol of shared struggle.
Darya suggested that the Iranian movement serves as an inspiration for other nations in the region suffering under similar repressive conditions .
