The fourth round of US-Pakistan counter-terrorism dialogue was held in Washington on Tuesday, co-chaired by senior officials from both countries' foreign ministries.

Both sides emphasized strengthening cooperation on counter-terrorism, border security, and dismantling networks that support extremist groups. A joint statement confirmed both nations will jointly combat groups including ISIS-K, Al-Qaeda, the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, and the Balochistan Liberation Army.

The two governments committed to continuing counter-terrorism cooperation to protect their citizens' safety and advance long-term peace and regional stability.
